Who we are

Juggly AI ("we", "us") runs jugglyai.com and the Juggly AI app. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@jugglyai.com.

What we collect

The waitlist

• Your email address, so we can tell you when your spot opens and send occasional launch updates.
• Where you signed up (for example the page or a campaign tag in the link), so we know which pages work.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse (too many sign-ups from one place). We can't turn it back into your IP address.
• The time you joined.

The app (when you get access)

• Account details: email address, a securely hashed password, and settings such as currency.
• What you add: expenses, categories, budgets and recurring charges. You decide what goes in. We never ask for bank passwords or connect to your bank.
• Security and error data: session cookies to keep you signed in, and error reports that help us fix bugs.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• Waitlist emails: your consent, given when you join. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Running your account: to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract).
• Security, abuse prevention and fixing errors: our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working.

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell or rent it, and we don't build profiles to share with others.

Cookies

The public website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or trackers. The app uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in.

Who processes it

We use Cloudflare to host the website, the app and the database (stored in Cloudflare's Western Europe region), and to send email. Error reports may be processed by our error-monitoring provider. These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist: until you leave the list, or until 12 months after launch if you never create an account.
• Account data: as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, including from backups.
• Error reports and security logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and get a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent for waitlist emails at any time. Email hello@jugglyai.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Juggly AI is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell people on the waitlist and account holders by email.
